In 2013 two working traditions joined forces: Andrea Cardelli‘s traditional practice and Maurizio Ceccarelli an eclectic dental technician, a pioneer of new technologies since 2000.

Our range of products are intended for a refined clientele who appreciate our work as a bond between advanced technology and traditional dentistry.
Our team produces tailored prosthetic devices using only 100% made in Italy materials, finishing each one by hand, as is our tradition.

ANDREA CARDELLI

Dental CAD-CAM Designer

Andrea Cardelli was born in Florence on June 8th , 1981. He studied at the Italian High School P.Toscanelli and he acquired his degree of Dental Technician on June 5th, 2001.

His working experience in the dental field started since he was a little child. In fact Andrea inherited the passion for his job from his father who, being a well known experienced dental technician in Florence, has followed Andrea along his studies and has taught him how to take his best out of this profession. During his carrier Andrea has never stopped to enrich his knowledge by attending several training courses on various topics, such as: mobile and fixed prosthesis on natural teeth and on dental implants. He also attended Master Courses, such as the one year master taught by Professor Ezio Bruna in 2004/2005 , on the application of porcelain on metal, on metal free materials and on prosthetic implants.

In 2008 he Andrea has participated at the second International Convention organized by Zirkon Zahn which has lead his work to focus mostly on the digital technology. Particularly, the convention has turn his work in digital and, since the convention, together with his mate Maurizio Ceccarelli, he began a highly skilled dental technicians. After several experiences made with the digital outsourcing techniques, with 3M Lava, Nobelbiocare and other system that were being tested at that time, Andrea decided to buy the first scanner and milling machine together with his mate Maurizio, in 2013.

Therefore, the purchase of the two high tech machines made it possible for Andrea to improve and to perfect his abilities and the quality of his works. In 2017, Andrea became a dental cad designer and decided to start up his new business named Dental-Profile which focuses only on digital works.

MAURIZIO CECCARELLI

Prosthetic’s Designer

Maurizio Ceccarelli is an Italian Dental Technician who was born in Florence on July 10th 1965. He graduated from Leonardo Da Vinci High School in 1984 and started to work as dental technician in more than one dental laboratory in Florence when he was only seventeen years old.

In 1987 he decided to start up his own business, which he still owns to this day. Maurizio has always been analyzing his works to reach the best aesthetic outcome. Throughout the years he has never stopped to enrich his knowledge by attending several meetings, training courses and seminars held by world renowned and experienced speakers who operate in the dental market. Due to attending many scientific seminars and meetings, he acquired more scientific knowledge; he has gained even more knowledge about the science that surrounds the dental field.

There have been numerous and arduous hours that he has put into studying the enhancement of the porcelain for alloys layering, implantology, and on the Galvanic technique. Furthermore, the experience he acquired has enabled Maurizio to hold training courses for masters dental technicians, which were aimed at applying his own layering and coloring technique. Maurizio has worked together with Nobel Biocare since 2000 as a trainer of the CAD-CAM Procera ® system.

Today his work focuses on the BLUZIRKON zirconia framework layering, color dipping technique, and color liquid brushing technique. He represents the official master trainer of Simex Italia srl for its BLUZIRKON zirconia brand.
